Download the Snaplii app from the App Store or Google Play. Open the app and tap "Sign Up." Enter your phone number and verify it with the code sent to you. Complete your profile by adding your name and email. Once verified, you can start earning cashback immediately.
You must be at least 18 years old and reside in Canada or the United States to create a Snaplii account. Each person is limited to one account. Accounts created with false information, VOIP numbers, or by individuals on sanction lists will be suspended.
Your account may be locked for security reasons, such as multiple failed login attempts, suspicious activity detection, or incomplete identity verification. Accounts may also be locked if our system detects potential fraud or terms of service violations.
If your account is locked, please contact our customer service team at customerservice@snaplii.com or call +1 844-762-7544. Our team will guide you through the verification process to restore access to your account.
For your security, Snaplii requires periodic re-authentication. You may also need to sign in again after app updates, if you've cleared your cache, or if you've been inactive for an extended period. This helps protect your account and cashback balance.
Open the Snaplii app and tap on your profile icon in the top right corner. Select "Edit Profile" to update your name, email address, or add a profile photo. Remember to save your changes before exiting.
Go to your Profile settings and select "Phone Number." You'll need to verify your identity first. Enter your new phone number and verify it with the code sent via SMS. Your old number will be replaced once verification is complete.
Browse our selection of e-gift cards in the app, select your desired merchant, choose the amount, and complete your purchase. Your e-gift card will be delivered instantly to your Snaplii wallet.
All e-gift card sales are final and non-refundable. However, if you experience an issue with your purchase, please contact our support team within 48 hours.
Access your e-gift card from your Snaplii wallet. Present the barcode or card number to the cashier at checkout, or enter the code online when making purchases.
Earn Snaplii Cash by purchasing e-gift cards through our app, referring friends, and participating in special promotions. Your cashback is credited to your Snaplii wallet.
Once your available balance reaches $10, you can withdraw your Snaplii Cash to your linked bank account. Go to your wallet and select "Withdraw" to initiate the transfer.
Cashback may remain pending for up to 90 days to account for returns or cancellations. Once the merchant confirms the transaction, your pending cashback becomes available for withdrawal.
Share your unique referral code with friends. When they sign up and make their first purchase, both you and your friend earn bonus Snaplii Cash. Track your referrals in the app.
Earn $5 for each friend who signs up and makes their first purchase of $25 or more. There's no limit to how many friends you can refer—the more you share, the more you earn!
Open the Snaplii app and go to the "Refer" section in your profile. Your unique referral code and shareable link will be displayed there. You can share via text, email, or social media.
